Serenity’s New Booking System is Live ❤️

Dear Serenity Community,
We’re excited to announce that our new booking system is now live! 🎉
Here’s everything you need to know:
Appointments & Deposits
All current appointments made through Fresha have been moved over — including deposits.
New appointments will now need to be made through our new system:
Health Intake Forms
Every client will receive a new health intake form when booking their first appointment in the new system.
If your appointment was moved over, you may still be prompted to complete one. Please fill it out if asked: we need a fresh copy for every client.
Memberships
If you have an active membership, you’ll need to sign up again in the new system:
Any sessions you already had on file have been carried over, and you won’t be billed again until you re-enroll.
New benefit: Membership sessions now roll over for 3 months (instead of just 1) before they expire!
Clients without an active membership cannot book sessions labeled “Membership Session.”
The 15% discount now applies not only to additional sessions but also to time extensions for your membership session.
Our Pricing is still just $75 a month
Booking Made Simple
Our new booking system is embedded directly in the Serenity website: no more accounts required like with Fresha.
