Below are our policies on pretty much everything. SME is defined as Serenity Massage & Energywork, Serenity Massage & Energywork Day Spa and/or Serenity Omaha.
If you need to return an item, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange if the item was damaged or defective and it is within 7 days of purchase/delivery/pickup, or store credit if after 7 days and before 30 days since purchase/delivery/pickup. No return after 30 days
To return an item, please email customer service at Info@serenitymassageandenergywork.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving a RMA number and form via email, place the item securely in its original packaging and include the RMA form.
All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

In Store Purchase
if you purchased you item in store, please return with it and your receipt within 7 days for a full refund if the item was damaged or defective.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your request. Please allow at least 7 days to process return once we receive your items back. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
Used items. Opened personal care items. Sale or Clearance items.
A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $150.00

Understand that the services offered are not a substitute for medical care. Understand that the therapist is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments, diagnose, prescribe, or treat physical or mental illness.
If you experience pain or discomfort during the session, you will immediately inform the therapist so that pressure/strokes can be adjusted to your level of comfort. If you fail to do so, the therapist or SME will not be responsible for any pain or discomfort you experience during or after the session.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and NO CALL NO SHOWS
For Classes, Massage and Energywork, the system requires 48 hours notice of cancellation or rescheduling. Failure to do so may result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT OR of MEMBERSHIP fee. No Call No Show will also result in LOSS OF DEPOSIT OR of MEMBERSHIP fee. Multiple No Call No Shows will result in termination of services permanently.
Rescheduling is allowed ONE TIME within 48 hours notice of appointment time. This ensures our LMT"s and Students have clients on the books.
If a client is late and is reached after 15 minutes from their session start time, they may get the remaining hands on time of their session if their therapist is available. If their therapist is not available, the deposit or membership fee is retained.
For Workshops and CE's cancellations, you will lose the supplies fee noted at registration. If canceling within 3 weeks of the class date you will lose 50% of the fee.
The purchase and or use of a gift certificate constitutes the acceptance of the following terms and conditions: We are not responsible for unauthorized use, lost, stolen or damaged gift certificates. Replaced only with valid proof of purchase to the extent of remaining balance. Proof of purchase is void if altered or defaced. Not redeemable for cash or credit except as required by law. Gift Certificates are non refundable. In the event our prices have increased since the purchase of the gift certificate, the difference between the gift certificate amount and the service price will be due upon checkout. All Gift certificates and vouchers expire 1 year from purchase
COVID 19 AND OTHER HEALTH EMERGENCIES
We are following the guidelines the CDC puts out very closely. Currently, we are MASK FREEE
Our owners husband is terminal and therefore upon CDC recommendations, that may change.
If you would like to wear a mask, just ask and we will provide you with one.
If conditions change and or the CDC recommends something different, we will send out an email to all our clients about the change and update this site.
Rooms are sanitized after every session and the entire clinic is sanitized twice daily.
Common areas are sanitized every 2 hours.
There are 5 CDC recommended air filtration devices on the premises.
If you arrive with cold or flu symptoms, Fever, cough etc. your session will be rescheduled.
Our regular cancellation policy is now in effect.
Please understand that, because massage therapy work involves maintained touch and close physical proximity over an extended period of time, there may be an elevated risk of disease transmission,
including COVID-19. By receiving a session, you acknowledge that you are aware of the risks involved and give consent to receive massage and bodywork from your practitioner.
Water/tea will be handed to you- no Self Serve.
