We start with a warm dark chocolate scrub to arms, legs, & décolleté with our signature warmed chocolate scrub. Next, infused hot towels are used to softly wipe away the scrub. Then massage with our chocolate body butter. On the back, a chocolate scrub and mask is applied, and then infused hot towels are used to remove the mask- followed by chocolate body butter massage to the back & legs. Mini Hot stone massage! Hot stones are applied to one area on the body (on top of a towel with your choice of placement) to 'bake' that area for about 10 minutes. Then used on the area to get those muscles to release, move blood into the area, relaxing muscles for a deeper massage without any force. Feels oh-so good and relieves stress as well.
Deep Percussion Gun $10
Deep Tissue Percussion can relieve muscle soreness, and stiffness, and promotes circulation. From 1200 RPM to 3200 RPM the high-intensity vibrations really get into those extra tight muscles helping to soften bundles (knots) and release tension. This is incredibly helpful to loosen up those muscles so the therapist can get in deeper without using tons of pressure. HIGHLY recommended for those with pain, stiffness and or large muscles. application is for 5- 10 minutes of the session.
Trigger Point enrichment $15
Trigger point therapy is a soft tissue technique that works to release painful, tension in muscles and fascia that you would usually experience as a knot in the muscle. There are many different approaches to trigger point therapy including soft tissue work, deep tissue massage and or the use of tools. Massage therapist accesses areas for tension in multiple directions to locate the trigger point. After finding it (them) they apply firm pressure to the trigger points for 30–90 seconds each to help release the tension. The therapist may ask you to breathe deeply while they apply pressure.
