Important Update: We’re Moving Back to Fresha + New Services Coming Soon

Dear Serenity Family,

We want to thank you for your patience and support while we have been testing a new scheduling system behind the scenes. After careful review, we have decided to move back to Fresha as our booking system.

We know it is not ideal to create and use a Fresha account to book. While Mangomint handled that part more smoothly, the rest of the system did not perform as expected.

Refunds took far too long to process, and every reschedule or shift change required manual updates on our end. This created delays and confusion, and that is not the experience we want for you.

We truly apologize for any inconvenience this has caused.

Here is what you need to know:

• We will be live on Fresha again starting January 1. • Our website booking button may switch over as early as December 29, so please be aware of that change.

• All currently booked sessions will be moved over for you.

• Gift cards will also be transferred.

• Memberships will need to be restarted in Fresha. We are so sorry for the extra step. Please rest assured that no one will lose any paid membership sessions. If you have any remaining sessions, they will be fully honored.

If you never had a Fresha account (because you were new to us from Sept 12th to now) your name, phone number and email have been moved over.

If you are a long time client- your account is still there- waiting for you.

And now for some happy news.

We are thrilled to announce that esthetician services are coming in early 2026.

This will include facials, facials with high-frequency treatment, and detailed skin analysis. Around mid-year we also plan to introduce waxing services. We have hired an exceptional esthetician, Lexi, and we cannot wait for you to meet her. Keep an eye out for her official start date.
