Reiki/Energywork Massage 1 Hour
Reiki / energywork plus massage. Through the use of this technique, practitioners transfer universal energy (i.e., reiki) through the palms while delivering a relaxing and therapeutic massage. **Don't forget to enhance your sessions by adding on an Enrichment! They can really elevate your experience!**

Energy Center -Chakra - Balancing Ritual 90 Minutes
This unique experience blends Reiki and/or energywork. Each therapist approaches this work a little differently.
Maya: light massage techniques, aromatherapy, crystals, & sound therapy with singing bowls to intuitively address the 9 energy centers in the body along with guided journeys into 2 - 3 of the most unbalanced center(s) to bring clarity.
Austin: intuitive scanning of the body including a pendulum, compressions, holding, sending waves of energy into each center to bring them into alignment. Some crystal work, and pendulum checking throughout the session, deeply relaxing easing muscular tension & restrictions while gentle energy techniques to promote deep relaxation.

Shamanic Healing Massage Ritual 2 hour
Helps imbalances by addressing restrictions in the tissues & reestablishing a renewed flow of energy that promotes healing & a sense of well-being in the 9 energy centers of the body. The Shamanic ritual is a Northern (Norse) tradition where the practitioner uses drum, rattle, chant, crystals, compressions, rocking, aromatherapy and runes etc to also connect with the ancestors of the person to find & release ancestral trauma , sometimes get messages from ancestors relayed & past life information. No Deep Pressure.

Group Sound Baths 2 hours
Session starts with a small guided journey and then Immerse yourself in a transformative Group Sound Bath, where the soothing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, vocal intonations, and rhythmic drumming create a deeply meditative experience. These harmonious sounds wash over you, helping to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and restore inner balance. Allow the powerful combination of sound and vibration to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and spiritual alignment. 20 minute Tea ceremony finishes the session. Group Sound Baths are available by appointment only- based on scheduling availability. Sessions start at $200, which includes up to four participants. Additional guests are welcome at $30 per person.
