What times we live in! As we all try and make the best of a very bad situation I decided that helping people by giving them small education videos on wellness could be one way to 'make it a little better.'
These won't be long- under 5 minutes and will cover a multitude of topics. The plan is to upload one every two weeks or so. I just uploaded episode 3. The 1st one was an introduction and a tiny bit about essential oils... much like this blog post. The second one was on Crystals as is the 3rd one. With the 3rd one getting into the subject matter a little deeper. The 4th one will also be on crystals and how to energize or 'charge' them. All of these video are to help you with Self Care. It is SO important to take care of yourself. You don't always need to come first- but you do need to do something for yourself at least a few times a month.
