These cancellation terms apply to classes presented and registered directly through Serenity. Guest-hosted offerings follow the registration, cancellation, and refund policies provided by the instructor.
Refunds
More than two weeks before class
Full refund minus non-refundable supply costs and card-processing fees.
8 days to two weeks before class
50% refund of the registration fee. Supply costs and processing fees remain non-refundable.
One week or less before class
No refund is available.
