Tuition Reimbursement

The Serenity Massage & Energywork Tuition Reimbursement Program 

is designed to support newly licensed massage therapists by reimbursing a portion of their educational expenses as they begin their careers. 
 

This program is available to employees with less than four years of experience as Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) who commit to either full-time or part-time work at Serenity Massage & Energywork for a minimum of two years. 
 

By offering this reimbursement, we aim to ease the financial burden of tuition costs, helping new professionals focus on building their skills and advancing their careers within a supportive, holistic environment. Although Serenity Massage & Energywork did not benefit from having these employees as interns, we recognize the importance of supporting new Licensed Massage Therapists (LMTs) as they begin their careers. 
 

By offering tuition reimbursement to recent graduates (within 4 years of graduation), we aim to ease the financial burden of their education, helping them transition smoothly into the professional world-especially since many of the tuition reimbursement programs are not available to all students and or are provided by companies that do not pay well and require, what we consider, excessive working hours.
 

We believe that by investing in the early stages of their careers, we not only support their growth but also foster a team that is dedicated, well-prepared, and motivated to deliver exceptional care to our clients. This program reflects our commitment to nurturing skilled professionals who embody our holistic values and contribute positively to our community.

â–º Support the growth and integration of new professionals by allowing them to focus on skill development and client care within a stable, nurturing environment.

â–º Build a team of skilled, invested practitioners who are committed to Serenity’s values, ensuring a high-quality, consistent client experience that supports holistic wellness.

Employee Requirements

â–º Employees must perform a minimum of 20 service hours for full time, or 12 hours for part time each week.

â–ºEmployees that have received funds but leave Serenity's employment will not receive any additional tuition reimbursement funds.  

 

Employee Benefits

â–º Employees will be paid at a percentage rate of at least 33% for all 30 minute or longer services plus additional funds for additional services added onto a session.
â–º Employees will have PTO funds accrued on each paycheck, paid holidays, access to FREE CE’s yearly, free monthly massages to maintain wellness, and may have annual bonuses, access to health insurance, and will have a work environment that fosters employee wellness and more.
 

â–º Full Time Tuition Reimbursement 

The $2,400 tuition reimbursement program from Serenity Massage & Energywork LLC will start once the employee has an official start date at SME with a minimum of 20 scheduled service hours per week. Funds will be disbursed in the following increments to the EMPLOYEE:

  • $400 increment awarded to Employee after successfully fulfilling 400 service hours at SME.

  • Another increment of $400 at 640 service hours at SME.

  • Another $400 at 960 service hours at SME.

  • Another $600 at 1,450 service hours at SME.

  • Finally, another $600 increment after completing 2,000 service hours at SME and two years of full-time employment, for a total of $2,400.
     

â–º Part Time Tuition Reimbursement 

The $1,200 tuition reimbursement program from Serenity Massage & Energywork LLC will start once the employee has an official start date at SME with a minimum of 12 scheduled service hours per week. Funds will be disbursed in the following increments to the EMPLOYEE:

  • $200 increment awarded to Employee after successfully fulfilling 200 service hours at SME.

  • Another increment of $200 at 320 service hours at SME.

  • Another $200 at 480 service hours at SME.

  • Another $300 at 725 service hours at SME.

Finally, another $300 increment after completing 1,000 service hours at SME and two years of employment, for a total of $1,200.
