CBD Be Calm Infused hot towels are used to open the pores and allow the CBD to penetrate deeper. CBD oil is applied to ankles, knees, neck and shoulders and CBD lotion is used throughout the session. Be Rested room spray is misted on the table, then CBD Be Calm infused hot towels and CBD face cream is applied for a relaxing face massage, next CBD oil to ankles, knees, neck and shoulders while CBD lotion is used throughout the session. Hot towels and compression are used on the ankles or knees to promote relaxation and help the CBD to penetrate deeper. More CBD is applied to the back once turned over. Session ends with one 10 mg gummy to take home and eat before bed. Approx. 100 mg CBD per session.
